Cops investigating the fatal four-car crash involving gender-bending former Olympian Bruce Jenner are examining photos that may show the former Olympic gold medalist holding a cellphone in the moments before the crash.
"There was a photo showing Mr. Jenner possibly holding a cellphone prior to the crash," Los Angeles County Sheriff's Department Sgt. Phillip Brooks told The News.
If police determine that Jenner, 65 was texting when his Cadillac Escalade rear-ended a white Lexus on Saturday afternoon, he could face vehicular manslaughter charges.

However, if he was smoking a cigarette, eating or talking on his cellphone with a headset, he should get off scot-free, police said.
Brooks said that investigators have yet to determine whether they’ll pull cellphone records for their investigation.
But LASD Deputy Cmdr. Mike Parker said that investigations will look into the phone records, according to The Los Angeles Times.
More details continued to emerge Sunday about the crash on the scenic highway.
Police said a blue Prius slowed down for unknown reasons about 150 yards in front of a stoplight.
A white Lexus driven by crash victim Kim Howe, 69, struck the back of the Prius, before getting rear-ended by Jenner’s Cadillac Escalade.
The impact from Jenner’s car sent the Lexus across a center lane and into oncoming traffic, where a Hummer H2 plowed into it, police said.
Photos show a look of terror flash across the face of the white-haired woman behind the wheel as Jenner’s SUV plowed into the trunk of her car.
Howe, who is believed to be a neighbor of the Kardashians, died on the scene from injuries sustained in the impact, authorities confirmed.
The five passengers of the Hummer, two adults and three children, were taken to a hospital in Santa Monica as a precautionary measure.
Police said they had largely ruled out the notion that paparazzi were responsible for the accident.
“Bruce Jenner confirmed to police that he realized paparazzi were following him — as they always do,” Brooks said. “There’s no indication they were driving aggressively…That’s the thrill of living in LA. The paparazzi are always there.”
”The second-by-second photos of the fatal crash were taken by paparazzi following Jenner since it was confirmed that the 1976 Olympic decathlon gold medalist planned to become a woman.
